Since the establishment of Chinderah Golf Course we have developed a close relationship with the senior golfers of the Tweed.

Our course provides a user friendly style of golf but still provides an exciting challenge and a degree of difficulty that any standard of player will enjoy.

The strength or our senior players has allowed us to form a seniors club where regular players can meet, play and enjoy each others company on a regular basis with the organization of a competition and time sheet.

When:

Our seniors club plays on a Monday and Thursday from 6am until approximately 10:30am with a full time sheet available one week in advance. The competition includes both ladies and gents who mix in well and bring a fresh atmosphere to the competition.

We run annual club championships, monthly medals and every competitions Grade winners and 7 near the pins. Prizes vary from pro shop vouchers to other sponsored prizes.  The average fields are approx 120 players.

To join, we only charge a once off fee of $30.00. There is no annual fee.

We attend to running of the competitions handicapping in house (which is not an offiliated handicap). The weekly competition fee is $11.00.  There are up to 20 winners each week in three grades near the pin and ball rundown.  The grades are: A Grade 0-15 B Grade 16-21 C Grade 22- No maximum

Handicaps are updated after each round and posted on our member’s board out side the pro shop along with the competition results.  We accept telephone bookings and also guests can play using ¾ of their official handicap.

For enquiries about joining please contact us by email or through the pro shop.
